mysql remote connection from all / Lan

open file my.ini
ussually its locate /etc/mysql/my.ini

check what bind value
$ cat /etc/mysql/my.ini | grep bind

if bind have 127.0.0.1 its means mysql just only can remote from localhost

change or commented bind line

 bind-address        = 127.0.0.1

to

#bind-address        = 127.0.0.1
