– kadang taksi mangkal menolak calon penumpang yang tujuannya dekat,mungkin ada juga driver grab yang menolak, tetapi karena online ‘penolakan’ driver grab  tidak terlihat.
– quantitas branding ke konsumen, kesana naik grab car, ke sini naik grab car, …. naik grab car aja
